Deemed an Ultra-Secure Hosting Location: Ex MOD/NATO Nuclear Bunker – all our servers are located at a custom built UltraSecure bunker, affording military strength security for physically stored data. Sits 30m beneath a perimiter fenced 18 acre site, 24x7x365 Guarded, strict controlled access, full site CCTV, located outside the M25 in Kent, UK.






Hosted Servers.
All Libris Financial Data and applications are housed on the latest server hardware RAID platforms, with enhanced remote management for Exacts proactive dedicated support staff, thus enabling systems to have a minimal downtime. Full data Replication, backup and disaster recovery are all catered for.





System Support.
Exact enter into strict SLA (Service Level Agreements) with all of their hosted services clients, thus ensuring system support is available to the client via email, telephone or the online Exact client helpdesk.
