Exact Consultancy announced this month that it had just been selected to supply a City of London subsidiary of one of the largest French Insurance companies, AXA, with data processing capabilities using the Libris UltraSecure Cloud platform.

The contract means that Exact will develop a new data processing engine which involves the secure daily transfer of data from the Paris based head office, secure hosting services and the generation and distribution of specific data models to a number of users in Central London and Luxembourg.

Commenting on the win, Sales Director Paul Sinclair commented: "This is another example of the power of LIBRIS to handle the complex and sensitive data processing requirements of a large international company."

Development is due to commence in June 2007 for delivery to users for testing purposes in August. Live operations are scheduled for October 2007.
